Q 1. How many fish are there in the sea?

Ans.1 There are millions of fish in the sea.

Q 2. Why was the little fish unhappy?

Ans. 2 The little fish was unhappy because he was so small.

Q 3. What happened to the fish one day?

Ans. 3 One day the fish was caught in the net.

Q 4. Why was the fish thankful to be a little fish?

Ans. 4 He was thankful to be a little fish because it was his little size, which helped him to come out of the net.

Talk time

Q 1. Imagine you are a little fish. Describe what you might see around you.

Ans. 1 If I were a little fish, I might have seen dolphins, crabs, shark, and corals around me.

Q 2. In your class, talk about the time you were caught doing something you were not supposed to do. You can discuss in your own language as well as in English.

Ans. 2 It was a sunny Sunday. I was alone at home. I went to the kitchen and opened the candy jar. Took just one candy. But it was very tasty. I kept on eating. Suddenly mom came into the kitchen. She said nothing to me. She was normal that evening. But I was not happy. I said sorry to my mother.  That day I decided not to eat anything without permission. It was a good lesson for me.

Mahesh says, “I’m not crying.

I’m singing an English song!”
